What there is to know

Frequently Asked Questions to the law firm

How long will it take for you to resolve my legal case?

Every case we have is unique. Each case is unique because the facts of the case and the people involved in the case are always different. Because the case facts and the parties involved in the cases are different, the time it takes to resolve them is also different. The time it takes to resolve your legal matter will depend on the legal outcome you want, the work that needs to be done on your case, the parties involved in the case, and the extent to which the local government and authorities are involved in the case.

Can you guarantee me a specific legal outcome?

We cannot guarantee any particular legal outcome. The outcome will depend on many factors specific to your case. Before you agree to work with us, we will discuss the details of your case and potential legal remedies. While we can guarantee that we will do everything possible to get you the legal result you want, it is not possible to guarantee the outcome.

As we work on your case, we will keep you informed of what is happening in various aspects of your case, keep you informed of any complications in your case, and explain how case complications may affect the desired outcome. In addition, as we work on your case, you will continue to be able to make informed decisions about how the case is handled at each step of the process.

Can you give me an estimate of the cost of my legal fees before I sign a legal services agreement with your law firm?

Yes, of course. We will provide you with an estimate of what your legal fees will be if we handle your legal matter before we take any action. Our fee estimate is a detailed estimate based on the time, labor, and legal expenses (e.g., court costs, notary fees, translations) that we believe will be required to resolve your legal matter.

Can you tell me the exact total cost of my entire case before you take it?

No, unfortunately we cannot tell you the exact total cost of your legal fees before we accept your case.

We will provide you with a detailed estimate of the legal fees that we believe will cover the cost of our legal services, but this estimate does not cover unexpected complications that may arise in certain circumstances and cases.

How are legal fees calculated at your firm?

Our legal fees vary based on the type of legal matter (e.g., family, business, civil), the complexity of your case, the parties involved in your case (e.g., local government, business, individual), the legal resolution you desire, and the estimated time it will take our team to handle your case.

Do I have to pay a fee for you to review my case information and documents before my first consultation with your law firm?

No, we do not charge a fee for reviewing your case details, information and documentation. After reviewing the information provided, we will contact you to let you know if we can help you with your case. A fee is only due if you decide to proceed with a strategic consultation or if you hire us.

Do I need an appointment to meet with your law firm’s lawyers in Thessaloniki and Berlin?

Yes, you need to make an appointment to meet with one of our lawyers in Thessaloniki and Berlin. You must make an appointment before meeting with one of our attorneys because the attorney you meet with must be familiar with the details of your legal case and have considered how we can best serve you and meet your legal needs. We do this so that our legal team can provide you with professional, personalized legal services that address your legal needs and concerns.

How can I make an appointment with your law firm?

There are 2 ways to schedule an appointment with one of our attorneys.

Contact Form – You can contact us online using our contact form and request an appointment to discuss your case. The contact form will ask you for basic information about your case and your preferred method of communication (email or phone). After we receive your contact form, we will review it and a representative will contact you to ask you some questions and request any additional information we may need for your consultation. After reviewing your information, we will contact you to set up an appointment to discuss your legal concerns with us in person, online, or by phone.

By Telephone – Alternatively, you may call one of our offices in Thessaloniki or Berlin and request a consultation with an attorney. When you call our office, a representative will collect the information we need to review your case and ask you to send us any necessary documentation. Once we have received your documents and completed our review of your case information, we will contact you to schedule a consultation with a member of our legal team.

If I’m dissatisfied with my current lawyer, can I hire your firm to represent me?

If you are currently represented by an attorney, you cannot hire us to represent you in the same legal matter. In order for our firm to represent you, you must first terminate your legal services with your current attorney and pay all legal fees owed to that attorney.

After you have terminated your legal services with your current attorney and paid all outstanding legal fees (to your former attorney), you may meet with us to discuss how we can help you resolve your legal problem. Our ability to work with you will depend on the type of legal services you need from us, our areas of expertise, and our caseload at the time.
Our clients are guaranteed the best legal services, and we make sure that we can provide them.

How can I change lawyers?

Please contact our office and ask one of our representatives how to change lawyers. Our representative will explain the process you need to follow to change your legal representation.

Please note that before you can change attorneys, you must terminate your legal services agreement with your current attorney and pay your outstanding legal fees (to your former attorney).

Will I be charged a fee for contacting the law firm?

No, there is no charge for contacting our firm online or by phone.

When will you tell me about the cost of handling my legal matter?

After reviewing your case information and documents and discussing your case with you, we will provide you with an estimate of the total cost of our legal services.

During your consultation with us, we will review the relevant details of your legal matter, possible solutions to it, and the costs associated with each legal remedy. If you decide to enter into a legal services agreement with us, you will know in advance what to expect from us and what your legal costs will be.

What kind of clients have you worked with in the past?

Our team of legal professionals has worked with individuals and companies from Germany, Greece, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, China, and several other countries around the world.
